We measure buildings in metres.  Dimensions can be displayed in metres, feet and inches or both as required.

MEASURED BUILDING SURVEY

The 'chargeable area' for a measured building survey will be taken as the gross internal area plus the internal area of all roofed structures with three or more sides. 

Charges are as follows:

• 40.0p/m² for the first 300m²
• 37.5p/m² for the second 300m²
• 35.0p/m² for the third 300m²
• 32.5p/m² for areas over 900m²

Plus mileage at 40p per mile each way.

The minimum charge for a measured building survey is £80.00 plus mileage.
