We usually produce a floor plan following a site visit.  However, we can also produce floor plans from architects' drawings or owners' sketches.

Site Visit

• We visit your property.
• We measure your property using a laser measuring device.
• As each measurement is taken, it is transmitted wirelessly to a tablet computer.
• Thus a draft plan is produced on site. This ensures accurate plans as any anomaly can be checked while still at the property.
• We finalise the floor plan once back at the office.
• We send you the finished floor plan usually as an attachment to an email and usually within 24 hours of the site visit.

Plan from Architect's Drawings or from your sketch

• If you have good scaled or dimensioned drawings, you can send them to us by email, fax or post
• We draw up the floor plan in AutoCAD
• We send you the finished floor plan usually as an attachment to an email.
